Where exactly

From Concord(Hwy 73), park is on your right just beyond Hatley Farm Road. From Albemarle, take Hwy 73, park is on left before Hatley Farm Road.

When to go

Open in early morning but best time is before dusk and travel elsewhere.

There are several parking areas but better place is down at pavilion or at the lake.
