This is basically just a pull in point where you can see the views across Houghton valley. There is a long walkway there though along the rear of the car park plus you can go up a sall steep hill onto the field where it is very private in the long grass.

The guide

Where exactly

Coming fro the A27 either along the A29 or the A284 you come to a roundabout. There you take the exit towards Houghton. The car park is about 500metres along on the left hand side just after a bend

When to go

I've found the best times are lunchtime 12-1 and early evening 4-7, or late at night 10ish. Apparently there is also dogging up here.

Etiquette

The normal, I usually just get out of the car and have a walk along the alleyway, you'll always get followed.
