Where exactly

Just take Baker St to Cummins engine and turn right on Wellman Rd and park by the prime tanks. It is busy all day long.

Cruisiest spot: There are people coming and going all day long.

When to go

Anytime, but afternoon and evening are the best. Best times: About 11:30 am is the best time. That is the time I see the most action there. Dates open: Anytime, but afternoon and evening are the best.

Etiquette

Just keep an eye open, because it is by a road. But there is a bridge right there and that is where the action mostly goes on. There is a piece of land just below that that a young male owns and has a nudist camp on it. If you want to go there just stop up at the first house on Wellman Rd and ask for Don and he will show you wehere it is.
