Where exactly

Can't miss it. It is the main market place in the city. Karstadt is the lagest department store there. There are two sets of steps down to the garage. One has a litte sign "00" on it, go down and you'll see the toilets.

Cruisiest spot: Urinals, but you should be careful, as homosexuals are not so widely accepted in that area of Germany. Wait for sign. Best is to take a cubical from the beginning.

When to go

During shopping hours. And on weekends.

Etiquette

Take a cubical, and make youself comfortable. Check through the little holes in the wall to see what is going on. Don't forget pen and paper to write a message.

Safety

It smells and it's underground. So there are better places, especially in the summer.
