Where exactly
From downtown go down front street until you go over the parkcenter bridge. Follow this all the way until you see Gold's Gym on the right hand side. Cross street: Parkcenter
Cruisiest spot: Men's locker rooms. The showers and sauna/steam room always have people in them, and with a little chat you can go have a private shower.
When to go
Gold's is open 24 hours a day durring weekdays, and 8:00 A.M-10:00 P.M. on the weekends. Best times: After 5:00 P.M. is the best, because then you have the after work rush, and the locker room is full of all types of men.
Etiquette
Being nude helps, then everyone can see what you have to offer and don't be shy.
Safety
Not everyone here is gay or bi-, you have to use your best judgements and play the field the best you can. Try to be discreet, even though homoity isn't against the law, not everyone is openly accepting with it.
