Where exactly

Park in the carpark underneath shopping centre. There are stairs going up level to shops. on the RHS there are toilets, with one cubicle . There are double doors, so you can hear others coming. Toilets are usually very quiet and not patrolled. U could even use the disabled ones as there is plenty of room and lockable. Great location to meet others.

When to go

Open trading hours.

Etiquette

Organise meet beforehand, then wait in cars, one can go in, and then then other can follow. Makes it easier to see who is going in and out, and from carpark you can see who is going in and out from the comfort of your vehicle.
