Go to or and wait for action -- it never takes very long. The gardens are quite busy during the day with people eating lunch and stuff. The bathrooms are far too busy during lunch. You can try it, or not. I have seen people get some success, then go off to the stairwell on the west side of the gardens to have .

Some security, but noisy door allows quick recovery. No cameras that I have noticed.

construction for new gardens will start this spring but washrooms will not be anything like they use to be. With the new mall there is a ton of security.

The gardens have been closed for renovation for a few months now so this is a dead end site

thats bs cause i go there once in a while and never see anyone there.... traffic in those washrooms are non existant basicly.

The do have cameras. the only 2 cameras in the entire place are on either side of that big wall, pointing directly at the bathroom door. They were installed early 2000
