Sarcee Trail exit at Richmond Road. The Gym is next door to the Canadian Tire. Cross street: Sarcee Trail & Richmond Road
Cruisiest spot: The open showere area and the Men's ONLY Steam Room. This Gym has a great Men's ONLY Steam Room off of the shower area. It is a big steam room and very dark. Not a lot of light in the steam room. It's great! Very dark and very private.
When to go
Very quiet in the mornings - 9:00 untll 12:00 noon.
Etiquette
You can go in the Steam room Naked. No need for a swim suit or towel. It is a Men's only.

Guys, Shower room is now stalls with curtains and the steam room has been replaced with a sauna.

member of goodlife canyon meadows.. visited richmont aprox 10 am and encouner great looking guy while in sauna/shower. love meeting up with him outside gym area.
