Come south of the mall to kelly dr street after Tamerack. Make a right; come all the way down Kelly till it ends. You'll see the park on the left. Cross street: Kelly dr and Park
When to go
Late night is good. Bathrooms and lots of bushes. No cops; very discreet after 12am. Weekends are not a good time.
