Where exactly

From Va, MD to Blair Rd turn Left on Blair Rd. Drive to the end of Rd to Bloomery Rd. Right on Bloomary Rd.. Power house Will be in front of you. You will see all the wires and a old building. Cross street: Blair Rd.

Cruisiest spot: Down by the dam. If you pass the parking lot there is a fishing road that you can take behind the power plant.

When to go

Any time is good there are lots of places to play and some group action.

You see some people up there, watch it as some people go to fish, but you can have fun.
