Cruising takes place above the dam along the roadway. Take people to the turnoff on bloomery road after the road goes under the tunnel. Follow the trail off to the left. There is a old civil war ruin there with almost 100% privacy and even a small cave if you are athletic enough.

Where exactly
From Charles Town: 1. Head southeast on W Virginia 115 S/S George St toward E Congress St, Continue to follow W Virginia 115 S, 1.1 mi 2. Continue straight onto W Virginia 9 E, 2.2 mi 3. Turn left onto Bloomery Rd/Co Route 27, 1.1 mi. Power house will be in front of you. You will see all the wires and a old building.
Cruisiest spot: Down by the dam. If you pass the parking lot there is a fishing road that you can take behind the power plant.
