Go down to the last parking lot in the park. Close to the public washrooms.
Cruisiest spot: Last parking lot but there are lots of trails to go in the woods, the washrooms, and the small beach. Sometimes also around the Block House lighthouse.

went there once july27 about 8:00 pm stayed till 8;30 no one there but me . I will try again some day it is a very nice place even if you don't hook up.
