2pm-8pm M-F 12noon-7pm Sat & Sun (Also, lots of 'curious' guys hang out at the street fair on Sundays, midday).
Etiquette
Lots of college & Business guys will walk up and down Yale repeatedly looking and cruising. Many times, they are in groups, then will split off. Other times, walking alone, and looking around for guys to check them out. Sometimes, you'll see guys hanging around the entrances of restaurants/seating areas and Starbucks. Also, the Street fair on Sunday midday.
Nudity: Yes / Occasionally, guys will want to each other off in the public restrooms and Starbucks.
Safety
None really. Very upscale and liberal crowd. Rarely, police will patrol streets for loitering.

thanks for the tip guys. i hung out on the benches by the corner, and noticed that there are a lot of college type guys hanging out here. is this a pickup area? I am not sure what this is, but it seems like people are talkng to each other.

going to this area in a few for lunch, and will be walking down Yale around Bonita up to Starbucks area. Any guys want to hook up, you know where to go.
