9am - 11pm every day. Best times: Lunch time (11am-1pm) or late nights.
Etiquette
Smaller has reflective tiles so you can see into the right , and into the handicap s, lots of to be seen. You can also see what the person looks like who walks in thanks to the tile.
Safety
Cleaning staff. There are only 2 s, so there are a lot of guys who have to actually use the toilet (who would have thought?!) Cleaning crew comes in a lot (usually a female woman), and the door doesn't really give much warning, so take it elsewhere unless you're into risky , or just watching (tiles).
