Rt. 520 East & Rt 528 N, Cocoa Beach Wheelchair: No / There are a few steps into the place and I didn't…
What changed?
The guide
Where exactly
It is located on Rt 520 E, almost near the end, just past Rt 528. There is a 7/11 next door and a Pizza Hut across the street.
When to go
Not sure of hours but is open late. I was there at 9:00 PM
Etiquette
Attracts a variety, but I noticed a number of "surfer" types who were hot looking.
Nudity: I shared a booth with a younger guy and was not hassled.
Safety
The staff was not overbearing and seemed to be laid back. I suppose they stay that way as long as the patrons use discretion.

I used to visit this place years ago. It hasn't had booths in many years. I have though cruised the parking lot and hooked up several times, usually go to my place or to their hotel room!
