It has noisy double doors and and a peep ghole between the stalls though one doesnt close right. Not a bad spot for bathroom fun if it can be found there. The double doors make alot of noise and give plenty of warning.

I-95 exit 4. Penney's is on the north side of the mall and the bathroom is at the north entrance next to the beauty salon and customer service. Cross street: I-95
