Early morning until about 9-10pm nightly. Best times: Early evening (around 5pm), and very quiet around 8:30-9:00pm after the doctor's has shut (and Reject Shop).
Etiquette
Have a look through the peep holes between the cubicles, also one to the from the right hand cubicle.
Safety
Security camera in the hallway, and an old dirty guy who has lived in the area for years and loiters around a lot. Don't make it too obvious what you're up to, remember it's not a gay-only toilet !
