From PCH you will see Dana Strands Rd. on your right and if you continue the entrance to the parking lot is about 1/5 mile further. on the north side of the parking lot there are showers, a bathroom, and the steps that lead to the water. The South side of the parking lot is very quiet and mostly construction equipment is parked there...

Where exactly
It is one block south of the Ritz on the ocean side of PCH. there is a parking lot on the right but if you are parked there after midnight you will be ticketed! So park on the street and you'll be fine.
When to go
The parking lot is open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Most people are cruising late at night between 12 and 4 am... at this hour there aren't any other people around so makes connecting much easier.

Etiquette
guys are just walking around... sitting on the grass... leaning on their car smoking a cigarettes... their are a few private areas like the bathrooms and even behind the bathrooms...
Nudity: Nudity is not allowed.
Safety
Do not "play" by the pink office building garage across from the bathrooms! There is a night vision camera and you will be taped!
