Where exactly

From Highway 20 take exit 181. If you're going south, the park entrance will be right in front of the exit. If you're going north, just cross the overpass and the park will be at your left. In the park turn left at the entrance and take the first way right. Park there.

When to go

Anytime during the day, sometimes action continues at night.

Etiquette

Take a walk in the woods by the river, but be careful because there is some families sometimes.
