Where exactly

Go south about 1/2 block from the tollway, west side of the road. Cross street: Rt 25 & I-90 tollway

Cruisiest spot: Either the washroom next to the parking lot on the east side of the park, or the circular parking area on the far west side of the park - some of the hiking trails sometimes have interesting (interested) guys.

Sunrise to sunset. Best times: Any daylight hours. Dates open: Year around

Etiquette

Just use normal caution - have never seen any police there. Just park & wait.
