Quincy Valley Rest Area
The only rest area on Hwy 28. This is one of the few rest areas with a separate men's single locking bathroom next to the standard one. This one of the few alternate east/west routes to eastern Washington and gets pretty cruisy especially when there are concerts at the George. They required a city listing and ephrata was the closes option on the menu

When to go
After dark is best. Easy view from parking lot,you might have to wait a bit but they always come.

Etiquette
Use the main bathroom and the standard is he interested etiquette and move it to the single large bathroom with the locked door. Have also had luck suggesting this as a meetup spot when neither can host and you want a clean safe spot to play.
