Small toilet block with long and one cubicle, this is easy to get to, has a large peephole in the cubicle door and 99% of guys in there are for the same thing. (No one blocks the peephole!) It has a large carpark...... leading to a cemetery. There is lots of writing on the walls for contacts etc.
Neighbourhood: Warsash
From Park Gate, travel on the A27 towards Southampton. After passing a sign for Coldeast Vets, Barnes Lane is about 1/2 mile up on the left hand side. Turn into Barnes Lane and travel along this road, driving down into a dip and then as you come back up the hill, the cottage is on the right hand side, just after the traffic lights.

- Hours:This place can be quiet at the moment but with all of your help, it could be a great cottage. Very discreet and set back from the road.
As far as I can tell, it is open until around 7pm most nights when I go there. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Stand at the urinals, or if the cubicle is occupied, stand in front of door and show signs of interest/ bend down and look through large peephole
- Nudity / Policy:be discreet........ and have fun!!
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No issues - on ground level and easy access.
- Warnings:No police presence, so keep this discreet!! School nearby so school finishing times can be busy with families.
