Just sit on a picnic table and wait, someone cruising could find you. I've sat there and when somebody I thought might have an interest, id suck on my finger or scratch my crotch area where he would be able to see me. If its a mutual go, then go for it. Cruisiest Spot: Usually meeting nearby or in the mensroom is the norm.
