Fall & Winter Hours (Labor Day - April 16, 2006) Downtown YMCA & YMCA-West Monday -Thursday 5:30am - 11:00pm Friday 5:30am - 10:30pm Saturday 6:00am - 8:00pm Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm Best times: Early afternoons and late evenings during the week, afternoons and evenings weekends.

Are weekday evenings the best time to go? I haven't had much luck lately there in the afternoons during the week, and i stopped by on Saturday at around 5 to an empty locker room :( Is there a time thats better than others to go?
