From I-5 got off on on exit 142 and head west off the exit go down 348th till you see the aquatics center park and its the wooded area behind there.

Around 6-8 at night.

Lots of people walk through the park so if you go on one of the off trails you should be ok.

Nudity: Aat your own risk... there are alot of hidden spots along the path .
