24-7 Best times: Custodian goes home at 1:00 during the winter months. Nothing much usually happens after that.

Etiquette

Great little peep hole between the last two stalls.

Safety

Usually has people that sleep over at the rest stop. Yes the police and highway patrol roll through every once in awhile.
