It is right across from the Capital Plaza Hotel on the river. Check out both sides of the bridge walk around. Cross street: Wilkinson Blvd and 127

When to go

Any time. Best times: Around 4:30 - 5:00 after work and after 8 as its getting dark.

Etiquette

Both parking lots on each side of the bridge and walk the sidewalks along river...under the old closed bridge... also guys cruise Main and Broadway Street nights around 11 - 2 am Wed and Sunday nights around 9.
