Lunch and learn (lunch not provided)! Presenting the Brown Bag Series, a series of informal lunchtime conversations hosted at our office focused on LGBTQ issues in K-12 education. Whether you are a business leader, neighbor, service provider or parent, or just curious, join us to learn about the needs and experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning youth in school. Lunch is NOT provided. Bring your lunch, bring your questions! This introductory session will provide an entry-level overview of what's going on in our schools in Baltimore City regarding LGBTQ youth. We will discuss data, issues, opportunities and solutions. Our offices are located inside of Spark Baltimore, a co-working space in the Power Plant. Visit this site for parking options: https://www.parkingpanda.com/spark-baltimore-parking. Questions? Message us at GLSEN Maryland or e-mail us at Space is limited! Please only RSVP if you plan to attend. Lunch is NOT provided.
