This small but yet beatifully renovated hotel bar room was once home to The Old Madden Hotel Lounge. It was redone into a straight bar back in the days. It was two other gay bars before Club Twenty Two. Alternatives, and Rumor. Both were not as much as a sucess as this one. With an updated dance floor from old Checkers to a beautifully done hardwood floor and stage, it sure will be a hit. The stage is home of several events including drag shows, contests such as Hot Buns, Wet Jockey, and Amateur Strip Contest. The bartenders are so friendly that you could have known them your whole life. Drink prices are average with the highest priced drink being $6. This bar is an 18+ bar with covers on Friday and Saturday Night. Cover is $2 with no event and $3 with an event. 18-20 Pay $5 no matter what. There is Karaoke on Thursdays and drink specials all week. Happy Hour from 4-7pm, which features 2-4-1 drinks. This bar is The best and only gay bar in the area.
