Where exactly

Go to the atrium outside of the Library. Head past the library entrance towards the rear staircase. Turn left and find the elevator. Take this down to the lower level. Turn left as soon as you leave the elevator and there you are. Cross street: Washington St & Lancer Ln, between Route 45 and Route 83 north of Route 120

When to go
Etiquette

There is a "hidden" bathroom on the lowest level below the library area. It's off by itself in a white hallway, right next to an elevator.

well this summer there are doing some construction in that basement and noone goes down there except workers so its pretty awkward...
