The toilet upstairs (urinals on first floor) are traditional Chinese trench toilet. Squat over the trench and position so that the guy across can see your hard on. He won't look if he's not interested. You can have near the top of the stairs, where you can watch for intruders.

Where exactly

Take cab or bus over the Guangzhou brigde on Guangzhou Da Dao to Xingang Road, then go left about 2 km. When you see the China Post, go back a couple of blocks. It's on the left going back.
