Just go to the WC between the clock tower and the rotunda.. it is the only one WC there, in the male site you will see many interesting things. Cross street: Elizalde

Cruisiest spot: Urinaries.

Midday and after 5pm.

Etiquette

Go where the guys do pee, look at the dicks there, and make some signs to meet outside the WC.

Safety

Sometimes is not so clean. Be carefull with policemen, they sometimes bother, but it is not serious thing, usually you can have nice time inside.
