The guide

Where exactly

Take Exit 35 off of I-70. Head towards Smithsburg, Lot is on the right.

When to go

Evening and late night are best. The lot is too full during the day for effective cruising

Etiquette

Typical car cruising tactics prevail. Flash your tail lights if your looking or head into the trees.

Nudity: Open nudity is not recommended. Keep it in the car or in the trees.

Safety

Cops will sometimes drive through the parking lot. But it is a Park & Ride so they can't arrest you for sitting in your car. If they stop, which they rarely do, just tell them you needed to get off the interstate for a while. With the Rest Stops on 70 closed they will be used to more people being there.
