Roadside rest between Rt. 743 and Rt. 39 on US Interstate 81 Busy place, many truck stops near by but loads of Truckers, Travelers, and casino vistors stop to rest and use facilities. toilets at end are best and you can see through cracks in door if anyone is approaching.
