sit in car and watch for guys showing or rubbing dicks

Police Dept. one street back of restroom. Never seen police around restrooms. Like any other place just act like you got good sense and be cool.

i jsut dont understand how anyone connects there,, i was just at the beach for a week,,, first week of aug, and went there every day,, different times,, sometimes a couple times a day,, absolutely nothing, no cars parked nearby or anything,.... wicked disappointing....all that happens is familys pull up in cars and all head for the bathroom... spent a lot of time in the area,, but no results.

Got lucky here once...it's been a couple years. Have stopped by a couple of times since then...nothing thought. In town for a couple more day and would like to see if anything happens...
