Where exactly
Drive thru gate. Washroom is about half way in. There is laundry, work out room, pool. Very cruisy. Cross street: Dixie HWY 1
Cruisiest spot: Showers, definitely. Soap up and hang out! Hot water never ends.
When to go
24/7. Best times: Late afternoons, and evening, although I did get some hotty at 6am once. We shared a shower.

Safety
Sometimes they lock the door, but someone always cums along to open it. Usually someone looking for the same things as us! Be polite and keep it clean. Don't trash the place with graffiti or ciggy butts.

This place SUCKS!!! I have been there three times in the last four days. Bathroom/washroom LOCKED. Nobody in sight!!! NO ACTION AT ALL!!!!

I will be in Homestead Thursday July 12 from about 10:30 to noon. Would love to stop by and cool off from the drive before heading to the airport - of course if someone could wash my backside and fill me up that would be even better.
