very small gay sauna. Its new so it is clean, all rooms have and lube. There is no dark maze area, or common play rooms. There is a small area by the change room that shows . There is also a small shower room and steam room.

Where exactly
Very easy to walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR station exit C. When you exit, turn right and walk two blocks, until you get to a public park. Turn right. At temple street (there is an open market) turn right again. You will 0101 in the 1/F window on the left side of the street just off the corner.
When to go
like most saunas, after work until about 8pm or 9pm
Etiquette
The is an area off the change room that shows video, good for cruising the new comers. Since there is no communal play space, you have to stand around in the halls and take your fun to a room.

Safety
They actually have the changing room under infrared video surveillance. And since it is new it is still a little empty. But since it is sooo small, I imagine that once it gets busy there will be no room to swing a cat.
