yes it is---look for the guyz sitting on the wall DH side of lighthouse they wait til someone walks across the road then meet on the trails--go freeball so you can get into quick!

I used to play in the hills on the beach side of the road when I was stationed there back in the early 90's. Well, I'm cumming back next week and plan on checking out the area again (to include the trails on the diamond head side of the road). Would love to have some company.

This used to be the best outdoor cruising on Oahu, but rumors started about police. The truth is that the police only patrol the beach side of Diamond Head Road. The cruisy trails on th other side -- the steep upside mauka are left alone. Some homeless camps there now, but still lots of potential. There are trails up across from the lighthouse.

I was wondering why it looked like no one goes there anymore. What a shame - I had many hot encounters there years ago and actually met a boyfriend on these trails! But I have to wonder, if hiking and cruising is cause for police action, what about the campers that seem to have taken over the place?!

where is this place? is this the place a little across the lighthouse? is there a cement stairs heading up? is that the place? wasn't sure if that is the exact location. Can someone please tell me where this place is?

Stay away from this area daytime!! Police cruise this place constantly with bonoculars and will arrest you!! The helicopters that are always flying over the beach have high powered veiwers. This area is extremely dangerous during the day. Stay away!!
