Where exactly

Head down Punchbowl Street toward the ocean. The building is on the right across from the Department of Transportation building. Cross street: Queen Street

When to go

Lunch time between 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Etiquette

Restroom on the 1st floor on the Diamond Head side of the building.

Safety

Employees in the building use the restroom, especially during lunch time which can be very frequent. Entrance to the restroom is very discreet as there are double doors to warn you if someone is coming in.

keelikolani bldg? you have to be kidding. you have to sign in with security just to enter the building. there is NO casual cruising going on.

There is NO action going on here. I think whoever is posting this B.S. is either trying to get something going, or is trying to set up some type of entrapment.
