Best times: Typically really cruisy early mornings around 7am or afternoons between 1p & 3p. Great place for "lunch!" - Cruising Info/ Tips:Nothing really to worry about here. That's what makes it such an awesome place to play! Been several 3 ways and many, MANY one on ones!
Cruisiest Spots: Take elevator closest to ST. Luke's Hospital to 8th floor of garage (this is top floor). Walk to the red stairwell DIRECTLY ACROSS the parking area from the elevators. Notice guys sitting on their cars "eating lunch" or in their cars with the door open "on breaks." Inside stairwell is an INCREDIBLE place to , rim, whatever! Very unusual but SAFE place to play!
