You need to take your own towels and there is a code for the door that they give you at reception. There is a changing area as you go in with 2 cubicles and a disabled toilet. Sauna box and steam room as well as a large lounge with rest beds.

Etiquette
Wear a towel but give a flash of what's underneath if you're interested.
Safety
Can sometimes be full of Asians who are not into (although some are!) and they can be loud. Attendants do come and check from time to time so you need to be careful.
