Where exactly
Take Broad St to E. Sevier St. Park in the lot behind the Sevier Center (in the alley) or on Broad St. Cross street: Siever and Broad St
Cruisiest spot: Just get out your car and walk the alley.
When to go
I live near by so i go by every so often. Best times: Best times are late nights, like 10:00 pm or later.
Etiquette
It is very dark with only one or two lights. Just be wise when approaching someone, it is still a family neighborhood. Also, some of the guys who come here maybe homeless or otherwise unclean. Experienced cruisers will have no problem hooking up.
Safety
I am a neat freak, so getting on my knees to swallow , or leaning against a tree to get blown is strange to me. 1)Only good for ! 2)Be ready to go. Most guys are walking the dog or taking out the trash. 3)Dress for the area.(i.e. jogger). Leather chaps will not due.
