9am-9pm 7 days a week. Best times: Best times are noon through 4pm, as traffic in the restrooms is slower.

Etiquette

Not a lot of warnings, as restroom is directly across from layaway, but the restroom is very cruisy at times, so most people coming in are there for the same thing.

Safety

Pushy cruisers and guys that are too petrified to do anything, but it's obvious that they want to. Again, not much warning time for under action, so be prepared to get up and back on the stool.
