Cruisiest spot: In the toilets, sometimes parking lots.

Open 24/7. Best times: Most times, but avoid mornings 9-11 due to clean up crews.

Most people meet and drive elsewhere for fun. Sometimes the stalls can be fun but watch out for authorities.

Watch for authorities, both state and local. Its best to meet in the stalls and then drive elsewhere, like the wetland area = Miller Island rd.
