Where exactly

Take the 5 fwy toward Laguna Hills, exit Alicia Pwy. Go west toward beach. Down maybe less than a mile, past, Passeo Valencia and you will see the park and the bathroom.

When to go

best times would be however long the restroom is open. it would probably be hard if the park is crowded with people playing sports as there is no warning when people come in.

I live next to the park and can host M-F 6am-4pm. 34 white clean discreet good looking 7.5 cut thick.
