Across from the wynn Hotel enter the mall go to macys, in the mens department on the 2nd floor, next to gift wrap theres is male rest rooms.
Cruisiest spot: Theres 3 Cubicle's, the end one is bigger but when i was there guys were getting off in all 3

Usually here afternoons from noon to 1pm. If you get some action see if they can follow you to Neiman Marcus's bathroom by the elevators. Nice rooms there to do most anything.
