Take route 95 to Jones Blvd Exit. Go south on Jones and take a right on Charleston. Take a left onto Community College and park in the parking lot. Cross street: Between Torrey Pines and Jones Blvd.
When to go
Monday - Thursday 7 am - 11 pm Friday 7 am - 9:30 pm Saturday 8 am - 5 pm Sunday 9 am - 5 pm Best times: During the day; however, there are ample opportunities for arranged cruising in the evening/on weekends.
