Where exactly
Head east on Lake Mead Blvd and after Hollywood keep going straight up the large hill and then make a left on Los Feliz. The park is towards the end of Los Feliz after Carey, there is parking after making a right on Cartier. Best place to park after 11pm is around Carey and Los Feliz and run/walk to the park for maximum discretion.

Etiquette
Best spot is at the bathroom area, there are benches around the bathroom area as well as side stands, or dugouts, for the baseball fields which give a great area to fool around and give a perfect view of the park for anyone coming as the benches are dugouts which are under ground level of the park.
