The bathroom is located just to the left of the Cashiers cage (where you turn in your casino chips for cash) and next to "The Lounge" which is a bar and they have live music on the weekends. UPDATE 6/2018: The bathroom has been renovated and has dividers between the urinals now.

Next to New York New York, across the street from Tropicana and next to Luxor. They have a tram that goes here to Luxor and Mandalay Bay.

When to go

The casino is more crowded on the weekends in the evenings but can be hit or miss anytime since its in a main area of the casino.

Etiquette

They have a restroom attendant who comes and goes about every 30 min or so. If it's late late night, and you make a connection, you can take the action to one of the handicap stalls on the end.
