Where exactly

Use the west exit from the Earls Court tube, cross Warwick Road walking past Earl's Court Exhibition Center, take the first left into the crescent shaped street. Cross street: Warwick Road

Cruisiest spot: Just stay in room with your door unlocked and plenty of guys (and tv's) will come to you or just have a drink in the bar and you will meet lots of tv's and guys.

Etiquette

Just wander from room to room, everyone willing to take guests, walked in on 6 guys and they all smiled and I just joined in!

Nudity: Yes / Just walk from room to room naked, everyone does!
